Disaster designations from the President or Secretary of Agriculture offer qualified farm operators to qualify for low interest emergency (EM) loans to help cover part of their actual losses.

Rural housing loan assistance after a disaster, helping minimize potential delinquency or liquidation, possible moratorium on repayment.
