  • Rostin Behnam, of New Jersey, to be a Commissioner of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission
  • Brian D. Quintenz, of Ohio, to be a Commissioner of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission
  • Dawn DeBerry Stump, of Texas, to be a Commissioner of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission

The Committee plans to meet off the floor in conjunction with a floor vote on Wednesday evening or later.  Once a vote is announced, an update on time and location will follow.
