Margo M. McKay, of Virginia, to be an Assistant Secretary of Agriculture for Civil Rights for the Department of Agriculture
Bruce I. Knight, of South Dakota, to be Under Secretary of Agriculture for Marketing and Regulatory Programs for the Department of Agriculture and to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the Commodity Credit Corporation
