WASHINGTON - U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.), Chairwoman of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry, welcomed passage today of the Build Back Better Act by the U.S. House of Representatives.
“The Build Back Better Act is all about lowering costs for American families and making critical investments to help us combat the climate crisis – especially in partnership with our farmers, ranchers, foresters and rural communities. It has been great working with Chairmen David Scott and Bobby Scott in the House to get this bill to where we are today. I am fully committed to passing the Build Back Better Act in the Senate,” said Senator Stabenow.
